HPP for seafood: An effective Technology to Fight Vibrio spp. in Shellfish

A recent study by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) reports higher incidence of Vibrio spp. in seafood as a result of seawater temperature increase.
